The Sweat Lodge is a purification ceremony that is performed in many cultures. In our ceremonies we blend the tradition of North American Sweatlodge with the shamanic Icaro healing of the rainforest in Peru. Preparations for the sweat lodge are carried out in a "sacred way", from cleaning and taking care of the grounds, to building and taking care of the fire to heat the stones, cover the hut or dress it. During the ceremony, heated stones are placed in the center of the hut, while the companion guides the people in prayer, song and personal expressions. The facilitator will use rituals with holy herbs and water. The sweat lodge, which represents the womb of Mother Earth, is a sacred space for asking for healing, forgiveness, hope, vision, gratitude and for anything else that you may need during your journey of change.

The sweat lodge reinforces the elements of our being with the four elements water, air, fire and earth. Every element provides a balance in our lives through prayer and purification. If you participate in the ceremony, you will be purified by breathing, meditating and sharing words, prayers, songs and telling stories.

A sweat lodge ceremony is a gentle and caring approach to cleansing your mind and body. The experience cleanses your body of toxins, which helps de-stress your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. The safe environment allows you to find your greater strength with all cultures.

This ceremony can also be followed by the subsequent opening of the heart ceremony, in the context of the entire weekend. You are free to follow the ceremonies separately or in one big weekend.
